I use all the time.
First, fold the top as often as possible to them shorter.
Use your regular makeup, put hair in a ponytail high enough, and if you bangs, the back with hair pins and make the little poof.
Sneakers, too bad to put in only a few sports.

I might try this by the female is not equipped with a shirt, curly or wavy hair, girly colors like pink, red, natural attrition, but still enough to make up and mascara, light eyeshadow, and red lips.
